Shipping & Returns
Shipping charges are based upon the total weight of the order and calculated prior to checkout.
- All orders shipped and charged via standard GROUND delivery by the carrier of our choice.
- NEXT DAY & 2ND DAY delivery are available at additional cost (Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays are NOT considered business days for shipping and/or delivery).
- Orders must be shipped to a physical address. Post Office Boxes are not accepted.
- Orders to Alaska,Hawaii or outside of the continental U.S. are subject to additional shipping fees.
Large equipment includes notification phone call prior to delivery day, and first floor installation within 75 feet of the tail end of the freight carrier and packing removal if included with the product. If installation is not noted in product description as included with the product then customer may request installation service for an additional fee prior to delivery date.
Delivery location must be accessible for a full-size tractor trailer and customers must be present to sign for delivery. Deliveries occur during business hours M-F. If the final delivery location is not accessible to a full size tractor trailer or not on the first floor within 75 ft. of the tractor trailer parking, call or email for a custom price quote.

***NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED without a "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER" which you can obtain through Customer Service by calling: 415-883-1678 ext.707***
1. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs on all returns.
2. There is a re-stocking fee of 20% of the retail product price.
3. Products must be returned in their original condition and original within 30 days from date of shipment.
4. EXERTOOLS will replace any item defective under normal use at no additional cost during the warranty period.
